this was me all day after my brother decided 1am was a perfectly appropriate time to use a power drill on the one night i was actually tired enough to sleep before 4am and on the one night where i actually NEED to sleep before then because i have to get up at 6am for work, jfc. i'm too grumpy to write about clothes anymore, fend for yourselves. i'm going to go take an angry nap.

okay, so i was very much looking forward to 3.1 Phillip Lim, because i almost always love everything, but this time...uhh... well, i heard that the hair was based off of Tao's (pictured above) and while it looks perfect on her...that wasn't so much the case for everyone else.


UM. YEAH. sorry, but no. so i feel i can't objectively write anything about the collection itself until i can get past the hair and makeup, and i don't know if/when that will happen, so don't hold your breath. (not that you would have anyways...especially since nobody reads this blog)

on an unrelated note: last night's episode of skins? SO GOOD. i don't even care that freddie is boring or whatever, he is so so good-looking that i would have sat through a whole hour of him staring into space and blinking...for real.

don't tell me you didn't see this one coming...i mean, i don't think there's a blogger in existence who doesn't love alexander wang. he's like the golden standard for people taking pictures of their outfits while looking down at their shoes or whatever. BUT anyways, i really really do love him and this collection. those first legging-things...yes please. and of course i want all of the mini-dresses because i can't resist anything indecently short.


ALSO: my successful shopping trip spree continued this weekend with a pair of black triple-strap flats for $11. and i got a free coffee from starbucks (i know... but it was free) and i got some black nail polish which is flyyy because i haven't had black nail polish since my 7th grade "only listening to the cure and wearing black" phase. SO yeah!
(also lol @ a successful shopping trip for me meaning getting two things...)
